What's up at RUGU Records?
Last year, Riley’s Sixth Dream made it onto the Southeast US Indie Music World Series CD as the only electronica selection. This year, Metropol Grand has done the same thing with the track "Plastic/Elastic," and the song isn't even finished yet. In the aftermath of this year’s bizarre release of Riley's Car Commercial Music (comes free with any RUGU purchase,) we have a few projects in the works at RUGU right now. Metropol Grand is working hard on their debut album. Riley has three solo projects on the burner and new artists Mega and Guthrie both have albums underway.
Doublelight by Metropol Grand
Brothers Guthrie and Riley team up to make the ultimate electronic pop dance record of all time. The single Crystals, accompanied by the first RUGU video ever, is undergoing last-minute changes.
